Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Gospel Producers! Our plugins, sound packs, templates and classes are digital products that you can download or access right away, and they can't be returned. Because of this, all purchases made on our site are final, and we don't offer refunds.

The one exception: duplicate charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we'll make it right. Submit a ticket at https://gospelproducers.com/support/ and include:

• The email address you used at checkout
• The order numbers for both charges (you can find them under My Account > Orders: https://gospelproducers.com/myaccount/orders/)

Our team will review your order. Once we confirm the duplicate charge, we'll refund the extra charge to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Bought the wrong product, or something isn't working?

Please reach out to us. Most problems, like installation, activation, missing sounds or DAW setup, can be fixed, and we're happy to help you get up and running. If you bought the wrong product by mistake, contact us with your order number and we'll look at your options with you.

Before you buy

Please check the product page and system requirements (your DAW, plugin format and operating system) before purchasing. For example, AAX for Pro Tools is currently available on Mac only, and expansions need the full version of their main plugin.

Purchases from other websites
