If you are experiencing No sound/Samples not playing when you open up the plugin. It may be possible that your samples may have been moved/may not be installed correctly. To verify/rectify this:
1. Open your plugin settings... (this pic is of the Juice plugin, but it will be the same process for all of our plugins)
2. check to confirm that the sample location is pointing to the correct folder.
3. Navigate to the location that the samples were saved inon your drive during installation and select it
4. Remove and reinstantiate the plugin.
