Not Hearing All of the Loops In Loop Elements Pro or Some Loops Aren't Playing!

If you recently updated your plugin and aren't hearing all of the loops or sounds. It's possible that you may have not properly installed the new samples, overwritten or not configured your samples folder and you may need to reconnect the samples folder.

Check Your Sample Folder Location

  • Open the plugin’s Settings and confirm that your sample folder is connected to the correct folder(Verify by looking at the files on your hard drive in finder or windows explorer)
  • If you see “no samples connected” (or the folder is empty or doesn't contain all the samples), reconnect the correct sample folder. - there should be aprox 368 samples in the latest update of Loop Elements Pro. If you see less than that then it is not the correct sample folder and you may need to re-run the installer
  • This may happen if you move, delete, or disconnect an external drive containing your samples.
  • After reconnecting, close the plugin, and reopen the plugin and try reload your samples.

Still Not Working?

Try running the Uninstaller found on the "Check For Updates" page and then reinstall the app again from the installer found in your account!
