You can manually uninstall the Guide Track files by deleting the following files/folders:

Windows Process:

  • Remove the Guide Track VST plugin from your VST3 plugins folder (Local disk: > Program Files > Common Files > VST3)
  • In the Windows search bar, type %appdata% - This will open up the Roaming folder under your username. Your file structure should be: Local disk > Users > [username] > AppData >Roaming > Gospel Producers > Guide Track. Delete the Guide Track folder.
    • If you have a folder called 'Guide Track' OUTSIDE the Gospel Producers folder in the Roaming folder, delete it.
  • Delete the folder where you chose to install your Guide Track samples in the installation process.
Once this is completed, restart your computer and run the installer again.

MacOS Process:

  1. Remove the Guide Track AU plugin from your plugin Components folder (Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components)
  2. Remove the Guide Track VST3 plugin from your plugin VST3 folder (Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST3)
  3. Click on your desktop, and go to the Main menu at the top of your screen, navigate to 'Go', press 'Option'... This will reveal the User Library option. Select 'Library'
         - Navigate to Macintosh HD > Users > [username] > Library > Application Support > Gospel Producers > Guide Track - Delete this Folder
  4. MacOS AAX(If Installed) Remove the AAX Plugin from your AAX folder (Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plugins)
  5. Delete your Samples folder (wherever you installed this).

Once you've uninstalled this, restart your computer before reinstalling the plugin.
