You can manually uninstall the Guide Track files by deleting the following files/folders:
Windows Process:
- Remove the Loop Track VST plugin from your VST3 plugins folder (Local disk: > Program Files > Common Files > VST3)
- In the Windows search bar, type %appdata% - This will open up the Roaming folder under your username. Your file structure should be: Local disk > Users > [username] > AppData >Roaming > Gospel Producers > Guide Track. Delete the Loop Track folder.
- If you have a folder called 'Loop Track' OUTSIDE the Gospel Producers folder in the Roaming folder, delete it.
- Delete the folder where you chose to install your Loop Track samples in the installation process.
Once this is completed, restart your computer and run the installer again.
MacOS Process:
- Remove the Loop Track AU plugin from your plugin Components folder (Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components)
- Remove the Loop Track VST3 plugin from your plugin VST3 folder (Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST3)
- Click on your desktop, and go to the Main menu at the top of your screen, navigate to 'Go', press 'Option'... This will reveal the User Library option. Select 'Library'- Navigate to Macintosh HD > Users > [username] > Library > Application Support > Gospel Producers > Loop Track - Delete this Folder
- MacOS AAX(If Installed) Remove the AAX Plugin from your AAX folder (Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plugins)
