How Do I Use the Offline Installer to Install My Plugin?

If you experience download issues or slow speeds with the standard installer—especially when our servers are busy—you can use the offline installer for a faster, more reliable setup. Here’s how:

1. Download the Offline Installer Files

  • Log into your account and download the offline installer package for your product (e.g., Juice).
  • After downloading, extract/unzip the files if needed.

2. Move Files to Your Downloads Folder

  • Place all the offline installer files into the root of your Downloads folder (not inside a subfolder).
    • Tip: Do not leave them in a zipped/compressed folder or subdirectory. They should be loose in Downloads for the installer to detect them.

3. Run the Offline Installer

  • Double-click the offline installer application from your Downloads folder.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions:
    • Click Install.
    • Read and accept the EULA/license agreement.
    • Click Start to begin installation.

4. Choose Your Sample/Content Location

  • When prompted, select where you want to install your samples or content (internal drive, external SSD, etc.).
  • Click Accept to proceed.

5. Authorize Your Plugin

  • Enter your authorization code/serial number when prompted.

6. Cleanup

  • After installation is complete, you can safely delete the offline installer files from your Downloads folder by clicking the “Delete” option in the installer or manually removing them.

7. Launch Your Plugin

  • Open your DAW or the standalone app and enjoy your plugin!
